Many modern devices randomize their MAC addresses, which will result in connectivity issues on CadetNet. A common symptom of this problem is that your device connects to CadetNet, but does not have internet connectivity or keeps bringing up a log-in screen.
To fix this issue, disable MAC randomization (also known as private address) on your device:
