If you cannot see the CadetNet SSID listed when trying to connect to WiFi, try the following steps:
- Turn WiFi off on your device for 30 seconds and then turn it back on
- If CadetNet still is not visible after 2 minutes, try restarting your device
- If CadetNet does not show up after restarting, it is possible that there is a local outage. Please check the Status Page to see if there are any known outages
- If there are no known outages in your area, please submit a Support Ticket and we'll get back to you as soon as we can.
