If your device is displaying an error similar to "WiFi Connected, but no internet access", try the following steps:
- Double check your CadetNet Dashboard to make sure your device's MAC address has been added
- Ensure Private Address has been disabled on your device
- Power cycle your device - fully power it off, leave it off for around 10 seconds, and power it back on
- Check the Known Outages list to see if there are any known outages in your area
- If you are technically inclined, you attempt to resolve localized issues in your area
- If the issue persists, please submit a support ticket and we will work with you to resolve the issue quickly
