WiFi Connected, but no internet access

If your device is displaying an error similar to "WiFi Connected, but no internet access", try the following steps:


  1. Double check your CadetNet Dashboard to make sure your device's MAC address has been added
  2. Ensure Private Address has been disabled on your device
  3. Power cycle your device - fully power it off, leave it off for around 10 seconds, and power it back on
  4. Check the Known Outages list to see if there are any known outages in your area
  5. If you are technically inclined, you attempt to resolve localized issues in your area
  6. If the issue persists, please submit a support ticket and we will work with you to resolve the issue quickly
